Jelly Beans Freebie

First off, this really isn't a Easter kit.  This is the kit I made for the Designer Darling contest at Stuff to Scrap for week 2, but didn't get to upload it and continue on because of computer and internet problems.  So I added a few more elements.  When I saw the colors for the contest the first thing that popped into my head was Starburst Jelly Beans (YUMMY).  So that is what I named the kit, and now I am giving it to all of you.
